I’m Noah Selensky, a fitness coach helping people move better, get stronger, and perform at their best — both in everyday life and on the golf course. I’ve spent the last 10 years immersed in the fitness world, and more recently earned certifications through NCEP and TPI Level 1 & 2: Fitness. I specialize in functional training that builds strength, mobility, and long-term performance.
Through True Form Training, I provide structured, easy-to-follow programs that correct imablances, improve endurance, and support golf performance.
